My name is Stuart Houldcroft and I am a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor based locally in Swindon in Wiltshire. My accreditation is through SAVA and NHER. The accreditation includes internal and external qualifications from ABBE as well as a full CRB check (Criminal Records Bureau Check).

My aim is to provide a courteous and efficient service to help the Estate Agent, Pack Provider and Homeowner to get their property on the market.

Because HEA Services will only be supplying EPC's and nothing else we are able to offer extremely competitive prices, which start from £90.00

Whether you are an Estate Agent, Pack Provider, Conveyancing Solicitor or Homeowner, I will provide Energy Performance Certificates for you at a time to suit you and your clients.
