My name is Stuart Houldcroft and I am a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor based locally in Swindon, Wiltshire. My accreditation is through SAVA and NHER. The accreditation includes internal and external qualifications from ABBE as well as a full CRB check (Criminal Records Bureau Check).

My aim is to provide a courteous and efficient service to help the Estate Agent, Landlord and Homeowner to get their property on the market as quick as possible.

Because HEA Services only supply EPC's and nothing else I am able to offer extremely competitive prices. I am not vat registered. So the price I quote is the price you pay.
